Do you really offer 100% Uptime Guarantee? How?
It is because we are running on fault-tolerant cluster system with no single
point of failure. We can lose up to 25% of our servers but the system will
continue his usual work, without failures and latency from your point of view.
What methods of payment are accepted for Host on Fly Services?
We accept Credit Cards, like VISA, MasterCard, American Express, DinersClub, Paybox, Switch Card, Solo Card
and much more - depends from which country are you from.
We accept also Wire Transfers, PayPal payments and WebMoney.
How long does it take to setup an account?
It is a question of minutes. To setup an Account, Virtual Server, E-mail Box, to Add Hostnames,
Domain Names - each proccess takes about 5 minutes, because all it is done automatically.
Note that Domain Name proccess can take a little longer, because you need to setup new DNS
servers for your Domain Name.
Do you support Level 3 and geographical Domain Names (.co.uk, .it, .fr, .ru, etc.)?
Yes, we do! But some of these Domain Names cannot be activated automatically.

How much Domain Names can I host?
You can host an UNLIMITED volume of Domain Names at no charge.
How much Hostnames can I have for every host?
You can setup a maximum of 5 (Five) Hostnames for every host.
How much E-mail box I can setup?
5 E-mail box for each host. Each additional E-mail box will cost you 0.01$/day.
How much Disc Space is included for each host? Can I increase it?
Every virtual host is included with 50 Mb of Hard Disc Space. Extra 100 Mb of disc space will cost
you 0.20$ per day, that means if you need 500 Mb more for your host, it will cost you 1$ per day.
What does mean Cluster-based Web Hosting?
It means that client's sites are served by all servers simultaneously.
This system gives us and our clients ultimate scalability and reliability.
What is a Hostname and what is a Domain Name? Where is the difference?
When Domain Name is pointing to our DNS servers, it allow you to
create Hostnames (web-addresses) in your Domain Name.
What is a Virtual Server?
This is dedicated environment for one site.
This includes web-namespace (5 Hostnames), data space (50 Mb and more),
FTP and Telnet username, dedicated user and group ID on unix system.
What is a Sub-Domain Name?
Subdomain is a part of Hostname in your Domain Name.
Example: site.domain-name.com where "site" is a Sub-Domain or www.domain-name.com where
"www" is a Sub-Domain. In this url "domain-name.com" - no Sub-Domain is used.
Where is the difference between Unique Visitors and Raw Visitors?
Unique Visitors: even if one visitor has visited your site more than one time
during the day, it has been counted as one unique visitor.
Raw Visitors: it is the number of requested html pages.
