CPU Usage
This is for users who are going to use cgi programming scripts. CPU usage is measured as "CPU Seconds" in 0.01 second
intervals. If you have a CGI that takes 4 seconds to run and uses an average of 20% of the CPU while running, that would
equal 0.8 CPU seconds. Most people never come close to their CPU allotment. These allotments are in place to insure that
no single web site unfairly monopolizes the CPU resources of our system. 1000 sec are included on each Gb of data transfer.
